I can testify that for many decades I sinned and came to a point I was sick of living in sin. I do believe the Holy Spirit was letting me know these sins were bad and I felt bad. I prayed for decades to be released and eventually - 1 by 1 the sins left. 4 years ago lust left me and finally , smoking has left me 6 weeks ago.
