Why the advocate accept this case when he knew forged documents are submitted in the court? He should have advised his client suitably.

Pretty sure there was negligence on his part and when he got to know that forgery has been committed he pleaded the same before the court.

Advocate should be prosecuted. Knowing that it was forged, he submitted the documents in court. He is the true culprit
