He was arrested and was acquitted of any wrongdoing by a judge. Why? The judge stated that such an upstanding person who became a doctor of medicine, one who chose to save lives for a career, could not possibly have the mind set to hurt his wife. The judge called him a "fellow professional." The baby survived. She's 23 now and beautiful in every way. He got his in the end, I shall not divulge why. Yet another judge created an order so that he is not allowed anywhere near me or my daughter. 😊

If someone wants to marry after a quick courtship, ask them for a full-year engagement so that you can evaluate them over time. If they had taken more time, there is a chance that the victim or a friend or family member could have noticed inconsistencies in his story and the marriage and this whole tragedy may have never happened

They say it takes narcissists three years to reveal their true selves. I found that to be true with two men. No one should rush into marriage. They do, because you have possessions or an inheritance they want. The ones who date you long enough to know your family won't hand it over, will back out, becoming their true selves first. If you did marry them, they will wait until your father dies, then take you for everything. Rejection is God's protection. Heaven administers Karma, God saw and heard everything.

I cant understand how such successful beautiful woman fall for such gamblers n scounderels n even killers. I pray so much she recovers completely. I wonder how she will live knowing that the one person whom she loved n who was supposed to protect her attempted to wipe her off. If she did'nt die by the fall she will definetly die each moment thinking about this. The thought itself is killing. Be strong my dear beautiful lady. The bastard was never worth it. Hope he rots in the jail forever and later in hell.

She should have done a background check

Agreed, and should’ve tried to date for a little bit instead of getting married within just 2 months of meeting him.

I have noticed that when there are problems in a couple, it is best to avoid national parks, cliffs, hills, rivers and sea. Just stay home and do not complain until you can get out of the horrific situation. For money evil people have no limits, they are ruthless, callous, and determined.

Nowadays I think people should do background checks on people if they don’t know them well. He was always after her money

I’m so glad I got in to watching crime shows because it has taught me , never married someone within weeks of meeting ( hard to tell alterior motives in such a short time) 2. I am not God or a fixer , what ever man comes to me with life altering issues will have to go back to their mother to finish raising them and if I’m not in great terms with someone I will never accept an invitation to go hiking 🥾 f that! Some societies expect women to be married by a certain age and it pushes them to make poor decisions just yo please their families smh 🤦🏽♀️ . Such a successful woman with that scum

Good grief lady, had you dated him longer than 2 months before marrying him, maybe you would've found out he was a bad guy before going through all this trouble. Convicted criminal, unemployed, and in debt up to his eyeballs ... holy hell, how do you not find that stuff out sooner? How do you not do a better job of vetting someone you plan to marry, ESPECIALLY IN A COUNTRY THAT DOESN'T EASILY GRANT DIVORCE? SMFH it's like some people try to win Darwin Awards.

Who marries a person in two months without proper background check? I understand love is blind but this story is a lesson as to why people shouldn't be stupid in love.

I don’t understand why as smart as she is she didn’t research him, just because he was COURTING you don’t mean he’s marriage material! We women must stop thinking that a man is everything especially because they spent a few dollars on us! And if a man is pressuring after 2 months to get married because he just can’t live without you run or make him and you’ll see his true character. He knew who she was and did what was necessary to marry her money and not her, what’s sad is the baby didn’t survive!

Never get into a relationship with a jobless individual with a gambling problem and debts. It usually ends badly.

I would get a divorce immediately find out that he was in jail for 8 years. at least immediately move out or get a hotel. I would not feel safe, esp. he was hiding information before marriage.

Ladies, notice when a man is OVER doing the romance techniques. Don't be led to believe that they will always be like that. Also, look up their background to avoid taking in a stray dog who wants to steal your livelihood and move on to the next victim. Please, ladies, be alert. Especially if you're a boss. No stranger will look out for you like you can.

I get so tired of seeing people blaming victims for the absolute horror that was done to them. “She should have left.” “Why would you stay with someone who is abusive?!” “If you loved your children then you would have left.” Blah blah blah. Yall have no idea how isolating and lonely domestically violent relationships are and no concept of how hard it is to leave. As if you can just pack up your shit and tell this mentally unstable, violent, and hostile individual that you’re leaving and that’s that. As if they are gonna step aside and be like, oh I don’t blame you; I’m the worst; have a great life…need help with bags? And then you add not having support from family or friends because they have this cultish, unrealistic view of marriage so they tell you to just stick it out because Christianity or stop making them so upset and you won’t get your ass beat. So, not only is that person quite literally beating you down in every aspect, your “family and friends” are also doing the same thing. You have no one to turn to and everyone is essentially telling you that it’s your fault, including strangers on the internet who got their degree and know every fucking thing, no Precious. You wanna condemn someone? Condemn the perpetrators. Make them accountable for their shitty and unforgivable actions. They don’t deserve pity or sympathy or grace. They deserve whatever Hell and Satan has in store for them.
