Classic Kojak! After the marriage ceremony is over and everyone leaves the church for the reception, Kojak notices water from the car wash running from under the limo, something which was not anticipated. The limo is stopped just before the bomb will go off, and the bomb squad is called in again to disarm it. Ibbotson is arrested and taken away.
From Season 1 Episode 10 'Cop in a Cage' - Kojak receives numerous threats against his life and that of his family from a person he helped send to prison, and he also begins to worry when he finds out that the ex-convict is capable of murder.

That's some of the worst bomb squad footage I've ever seen. And why was all that water gushing out of the back of the car from the car wash? That doesn't seem right. Sometimes you can really see how these shows were made on the cheap. God bless Telly. His giant personality was everything in this show. Literally.

Boy, the audio mix on these is pretty rough. Incidental music drowning out the dialogue at 1:45, shoes scuffing the sound stage at 4:17 like a team of Clydesdales. I guess you just have to roll with what you get it if you can't afford to loop the dialogue, but what stopped them from pulling the fader down on the music track? This was 1970s TV, it's just mono, you could check it with one ear.
