Don't ever be ashamed.. And the kicker is ALOT of men in the entertainment industry have been secretly doing this for YEARS its just more accepted and its just no longer an underground beauty secret as it was for years.. Men have been wearing weaves, units and what ever else for a very long time.. It just no one notices like they do woman wearing units because it usually matches their "actual" hair texture that grows out of their scalp so you never think twice about it. 😉 To me whether its a man or woman the most beautiful units are the ones that mimic what ever your natural texture is and looks like it came out of your own scalp thats when no one ever notices..

when you first do the unit and put the hair on your head and get it the way you want all covered then you use the brush to get the access hair off then when you cut the unit to shape it you then use the brush again but over the sink so you can see the access hair come off and you do that until you see barely to any hair fall then you put on your durag and make sure to wear it every night before bed or when you get in the shower with a shower cap
