LvG should have been given more time to cook. People complain about how United were boring, but that wasnt the end product, it takes time, as all other managers after LvG found out. Well at least till EtH. Also LvG had a tremendous record against the big teams during his reign.

I disagree. I love De Gea but he was too inconsistent and limited. Absolutely one of the best shot stoppers of all time, and late 2010s he was one of the best goalkeepers in the world but he has never been great with coming out of his 6 hard box, or with his feet. He was also on way too high of wages that is now the reason he can't get a club. Love him to bits but realistically not good enough for how great a team we should be
