I remember Ince going to Milan, and living next to the beautiful lake Como, where they filmed oceans 11 and James Bond! But his wife missed Manchester and the doom and gloom of northern England, so he transferred to Liverpool!! She must have been some classy chick!

Paul Parker was such a good player and so underrated. Due to injuries and the age he joined us he didn't have a decade long career. He was better than Neville and despite all of his defensive brilliance he was better than Wan Bassaka. Parkers status is similar to Ronnie Johnson. A class player, a great player but due to age and injuries never enjoyed a decade long career like Neville/Bruce/Pallister

I used to hate Man U growing up as a kid in the 90s, obviously because they were winning everything, and 50% of there fans were from all over England and not supporting there local team, but this 90s Manchester United team is really likeable looking at back at it now, some great characters there!

They didn't earn as much as they do now, plus the players all said they spent alot on designer clothes and watches. Also the interior style of the 90's was old looking but was classed as modern for the time. Sharpe had a nice house from the life in the Sharpe end documentary he did

I am glad that a documentary discusses Pallister being the best center back of the era. Better than the much vaunted T Adams, who was slow, made a lot of errors and thought he was the best defender in the world. Palli should have played a lot more games for England.
@briansukhu43923 жыл бұрын
@Monkey Harris he was better than Adams qas a good captain, but that is where it ended. Pallister was a much better all around accomplished defender
