You did mention in previous videos that stains that sit can become permanent by changing the color of the fibers, an if there's enough liquid it can be absorbed into the pad which will always make the stain reappear, you may be a highly skilled cleaner but you're no wizard

A bought a Shark NV 752 and after washing my carpets myself and vacuuming my carpets look brand new! We were go8ng to replace the carpet but we bought a Bissel Carpet cleaner and could not believe what came out of the carpet. Seven year old house and previous owners never cleaned the carpet! This is a $230,000 2800sqft two story in North Houston in a nice neighborhood. So dirty people live in nice and not so nice houses that’s a fact. Dry Soyyyyyyyyyyuuuuuuuuullllllllllll!

I've had clients that expected cleaning to make super filthy, worn carpet new again. The more filth, the greater the expectation. You do your best to explain that if you could perform miracles, you wouldn't be cleaning carpet. I do this before I start and you just can't win every time.

I own a small domestic cleaning business. 99% of my customers are great, but there’s always those few people who have completely unrealistic expectations, or they’re not willing to pay for what they’re asking for, or they try to get out of paying at all 🙄 Those carpets looked completely different afterwards 👍🏻

I'm a painter/finisher by trade, I've dealt with a few customers like this in the past. I do my best every job like yourself, sometimes peoples expectations are greater than reality or their budgets. You did a excellent job Courtney!

My Grandparents have their Amway Cleartrak since 1991 when Amway launched the Cleartrak to replace the CMS 1000. The motor is original and going strong. They have always taken well care of this machine. I have taken the Cleartrak into other people's homes and they have been horrified at what I pulled up. One modification in my opinion that is a must is the idea from Ron Werner of putting weather stripping around the edges of the filter tray. I found it to really help the filtration of the outgoing air.

I’m a professional carpet & upholstery cleaner in the UK. Things I would ask for are:- -Insurance, -Training certificates, -Experience (do they have a website/Facebook with recent pictures of THEIR work) -Criminal record check (not sure what this is called in the USA, in the UK it’s called a DBS check. -I would also ask about drytimes. We have 30 min dry times using the system that is UK specific, but I would caution against using the zero dry time guys. They apply a powder to your carpets and then vac it up (super simplified explanation). Those are the basic things to be concerned with. Most professional companies will have things like uniformed staff, sign written vans etc. Don’t be sold on the flash! If you have a bad feeling about a company or they are being too pushy I would walk away. Not all carpet cleaners are the same, and you can get some great deals with good cleaners, but it is a case of sometimes you get what you pay for. Hope this helps a bit. Tom
