This judge is solid, going with her original notated decision as recommended by the prosecution on record prior to the attack, has pre-empted this defendant's future legal arguments that the sentence imposed was personal, and a conflict of interest thus violating his due process rights or unlawful imprisonment beyond statutory requirements. As for the new attempted murder charge, she is deemed a victim, which will preclude her from administrative functions and adjudication of this case. The bases have been covered, and no doubt he will take a plea deal, foregoing a trial hearing, but as noted he has some screws loose, and do the complete opposite.
