@JohnBrownsBody64920 What an absolute disgusting comment. They haven't even released the autopsy results, which are still pending. Just because the first responders administratored 2 doses of Narcan after officers performed CPR over 10 min waiting for them ... doesn't mean he was on anything. That's standard in an emergency of someone who's unresponsive. ffs BTW, his name is Frank Tyson. yfgdasbf

And we can get complacent, especially when the suspect is a jerk. YOU MUST treat every suspect claim as if it's true... TO PROTECT YOURSELF IF NO ONE ELSE! If the guy says he can't breathe, role him over, sit him up. Pretend you actually care about whether or not you end up prison for killing a suspect. HOW'S THAT for a reason to do your job correctly?

Would he be alive if he did not have cause for the police to be there in the first place he would be alive today. Did the officer go to far yes. Was there wrong done on both sides yes. Stop acting like he was the person sought out on the street at random. Had he also not fought the police do you honestly think he would be dead or doing time for trying to pass fake money. From that ignorant statement I am sure you see the world in one way. As a victim. You must be a trumper or trump supporter after all he is a victim also when it comes to police in your own logic.

I pray that officers , people, can see about that when something comes up like this. I know that there are some that have a gun or weapon and that's too much to try to figure out real fast. But, if there is a chance to see about that try. So sad , deepest sympathy for the family ❤

The false logic in leaving an arrestee face down after securing them. It's common medical knowledge that lying face down with arms behind the back often impacts functions like breathing. They could have just turned him over or sat him up. He was violent, but he got restrained.

As someone trained in law enforcement, that is how they are trained, the moment they are handcuffed and not fighting, is they have to be rolled over and sitting up. Even if fighting rolled over onto their side, and left laying on their side until they quit fighting.

So those cowardly cops should be held accountable. They knew when he asked for the sherif, they were to call/ dispatch him to the scene. They wanted to flex their muscles. If they had a family member who said they couldn’t breathe, and someone did this to one of them, they wouldn’t like it. It’s the Racism and disrespect they gave….sickening and sad.

The man was elderly, overweight, and just in an accident, and they never gave an attempt to talk him down, calm him down. They came through the door and jumped him. Most men will talk to you, and if you listen, give him some respect, and take some time to relax tensions. Let the man speak his anger, instead of taking a life.
