To kill that many eagles and hawks is just unbelievable. He got away with it for as long as he did because he was out doing his crimes on reservation land that has almost no police presence . What an awful b@st@ard. He should get a much, much longer sentence. 46 months? How about 46 years. The punishment for this kind of crime tells black marketeers to go right ahead and poach. Wonder how many others are out there killing hundreds of bald and golden eagles and hawks? He should have been prosecuted for hunting on reservation land without permission as well.
