I was on old tickets/bench warrants on a Friday and was FORCED VIA THT ARREST TO HANDLE MY BUSINESS THE CORRECT WAY.. PAID $800.00 n RESPONSIBILITY fees, $2,000.00 n tickets 🎟 (acc. Ova 26yrs) 2 court cases bench warrent All paid in 18mo. While going thru DV with 2 kids n high school and one newly entered college. And working 2 jobs most of the time. And ZERO CHID SUPPORT If I cud do it anyone can bc if u r honest the judges tht are fair will waive some costs. All bc the jail was somewhere I NEVER WANT TO C AGAIN. I haven't have had 1 parking ticket only n the lat 15 yrs. Paid immediately. He is a person who had to b caught and forced like me, but he still doesn't want to b at fault 🤧 NO RESPONSIBILITY.

He lost his driving privilege and had to pay to reinstate that. There’s a difference between driving privilege and drivers license. You can have driving privilege but no license. Like people who just choose not to drive for whatever reason but there’s nothing legally preventing them from getting a license. You can also have no driving privilege and have a drivers license. You can’t drive even though you have a license until you do whatever you need to reinstate your privilege. You can also lose driving privilege in one state but still be able to drive in another state where you haven’t lost your privilege.

As an adult what crime suspends your privilege to drive even though you don't have a driver's license? I know in California, if your under 18 and are caught with anything to do with alcohol and you "do not" have a driver's license you cannot apply for one until your 18th birthday but you don't have to pay a reinstatement fee to have the privilege to get a license. I speak from experience, unfortunately. Please don't think my questions mean that I somehow support this idiot, I think this guy deserves everything that's coming his way and I think the judge is more than fair

It's that his ability to get a MI licence or use one from another state and then drive in Michigan has been suspended. He'd have to resolve the suspension before being able to get his driving/licensing privileges reinstated. His arrest a few minutes after this video cut out is part of said resolution.
