I live near a small golf park and a 55+ community that's the same place. And in the same area and police station. Saw a guy in a golf cart get pulled over on the road passing the police station to get told he can't do that.

In Anthony's defense, he did mention SC, yet it was a bit drowned out by Bart and Nick talking about Bart's biceps. And Anthony could have presumed the drunk driver was male by the person's name being Jamie; which could be either gender. Then most of the rest of the video was a mix of Bart and Anthony trolling each other and the group discussing how the drunk driver should be punished.

My favorite revenge movie is the Korean film - I SAW THE DEVIL. I think the most gruesome revenge method depicted in a movie was in LAW ABIDING CITIZEN.
