Hello vikas I am facing issue while creating chart of account structure getting this kind of error message"Failed to lock the record in table FND_KF_FLEXFIELDS_VL with key oracle.jbo.Key[101 GL# ], another user holds the lock." Can you pls help me how to resolve this error.

That could be an instance issue

This issue has occurred because some other person is has log in to your instance and trying to configure chart of account.
