Manage Chrome Browser From the Cloud (Cloud Next '19)

I have 2 google accounts, my personal and also work account, given by company. For each one, i have created 2 profiles(peoples) on chrome, and turned sync on, for both. For work account i see this (Your browser is managed by [company name]) Your administrator can change your browser setup remotely. Activity on this device may also be managed outside of Chrome. at 11:44 there are 2 profiles on your video. So my questions are 1. Is the administrator really able to see all profiles created on my chrome, even my personal ? 2. Can the admin see my personal account history, passwords ... ? 3. 'Activity on this device may also be managed' what kind of activity management do they mean ?

Profiles can be seen, but the only other details that can be viewed are related to the work account only. Things related to your non-work accounts/profiles are not accessible by the admin.

There's no such thing as non work profile or account.
