Manage Risk in Smartsheet via Forms & Grids

Great information and clear instruction, thank you! Would this be the same as a RAID Log? I'm feeling overwhelmed by the thought of creating Issues Logs and Risk Logs for all of my projects. Is there a best practice when using Smartsheet PMO to track these things?

Hi Kim! This is the ‘Risk’ tab of the RAID log (sometimes called IRAD log). If you want to manage all risks/ issues in one master sheet, you can add a ‘project name’ column to help you stay organized and then create reports to sort/filter by project. Don’t feel like you need to overdue it - make the tools and processes work for you and your projects! Best of luck.

@@PMPexpert I setup a lookup from the spreadsheet for risk, extracting the intersect from the risk matrix in Excel. I need to try it in smarsheet now. Hope it works,👍
