Management of Breast Cancer in the Elderly

I am 67 years old. I have had 4 heart attacks. I have breast cancer. Given my heart condition, I probably won't live 10 more years. Whether I live 10 years or 20, I have no desire to be in constant pain, depressed, and in a cognitive fog for 10 years. I'll do the radiation, and I will try the chemo. But I won't do hormone therapy. I cannot afford to retire, and I teach college courses online. Cognitive fog and painful joints would make it difficult to do my work. Being cancer-free and homeless hardly sounds better.

I am in my eighties with breast cancer stage two had my breast removed .However i have refused Chemo had no other treatment i have diabetes iam quiet fit have not had any discomfort that was six months ago it was only through routine checks all this was found out .I was wondering what to do next bearing in mind i wouldnot live forever.
