"Management of Chronic Pancreatitis" -Lecture

I’m 26 years staff nurse recently diagnosed with acute on chronic pancreatitis . I’m not alcoholic. No history of steatorrhea. No history of DM . No regular pain . How this can be manageable is this all about food management or if I manageable with food also it progresses for further complications . How serious is this .can I become a pregnant or this will worse my health.will this lead to affect my baby 😢 Please explain.
