I like that ETH remembered to shake hands before getting carried away. I also noticed how he went to Onana and Mount to make sure they understand what he is always aiming for, which is winning silverware. It's easier tell a player what the final goal is but giving them a taste that's even better. It helps them learn that no matter the journey the destination is always the same. And you have to get there somehow.
