Helping someone shop is 100% everyone in that stores job. It is all about customer service.

I'm disabled and use a cart to get around the store. I have a local Publix I go to and never had a problem with any of the employees are managment, always helpfull.

As an amputee I run into this type of conduct way too often, but I call my lawyer immediately who dispatches his investigators to seize any video tapes and interviewing witness’s. Frank Sinatra used to sing it, my way.

Each area should have a grabber for customers to use for high stuff im 5'3" and i always have trouble reaching.

Storesneed to stop putting things high where short ppl cant reach if employees have to use a ladder to put items high then its to high.

This is a stupid story no one cares if you're rolling around the store in a wheelchair or or a cart everyone knows that there are problems with some people
