On 10.40 Questions on Estimation I would like to add two more points 1. We keep some time like 20 to 30% as buffer time adding to the estimate for unplanned activity or blockers and rework 2. We think of Capacity planning as well while backlog grooming or planning for next sprint and devide the tasks and give estimate accordingly.. @Rakesh please comment on these two or any corrections 🙏

For the question to bring up to the speed of a resource in a project, first make communication with him/her and try to understand lack of knowledge or interest towards project. Based on that, schedule Knowledge sessions from the resources who already been there in the project and try to bring myself and other resources to the speed. Even after that, if the resource is not up to the mark, will try to move him/her to a different project where it fits.

Rakesh test strategy & test planning both can be dynamic as well reason - not all strategy fits into every project & based upon your test strategy test plan should be defined However test strategy should be analysed carefully before implementation so that one can see what is the length of the project & what we are strategising will exactly fit with the length (duration) of the project or not Also test strategy depends on if you are working for service based project or product based project

Of course even Test plan/Test strategic always variies depending upon the Test case passed/failed also coverage for project critical !!

Nice interview. Lot of things I learned but One thing I would suggest. For management test position, interviewer focus more on how to manage the team and not on processes of testing. Some of the questions were focus on management but most were focus on testing which I feel more appropriate for positions like test analyst ot senior quality analyst. Just my 2 cents.

In one of the recent interviews i attended,I was asked the question about user stories and what is the highest story point number that i had given so far ?I just given some random number 8 ,saying it means 2-3 days .. later i believed that the interviewer was not satisfied with the answer. Could you anyone what typically interviewer expects in such scenario related questions
