But what if we have a quete significant anterior orientation? Don't we need to add extra step - bring them to early, start superimposing ir on er there and then go for more tibial translation and ranges that biased more towards ir?

Wow, who would say you praise McGill! Many disagree with actual benefits of "big 3"... btw I had experience with herniated discs in thoracic area (t11-t12 and t5-t6)
