This video discusses how to MAKE BETTER TRADING DECISIONS if you eliminate hesitation from your emotions. Fear, hesitation and uncertainty are deadly enemies to your trading arsenal. If you get an indication for confirmation, YOU MUST act upon it or else you will never make profit. Definite indications (entry signals) should be confluent with YOUR OWN ACTIONS. Definite indications + action = results = profits. You are the only one who can pull the trigger. The engineer is the only one who controls the machinery.

Maybe this will help some folks. L Ron Hubbard of Dianetics fame or folly depending on your beliefs. The basic premise of dianetics in psychology is ABERRATIONS in our brains. An EMOTION deep in our brain that has control and unless recognized grows and continues to have more dominance over our actions/thoughts/lives. Perfect example here is 2,3,4 bad trades and now you hesitate because your account is shrinking. Well start questioning yourself, did you do something wrong, to big a trade, no stop loss, newbee thinking this is easy ? Carmine is great because he is "walking the walk" and teaching the pit falls. He could become an advertiser and say "Want to make $5k a trade click on my link". Keep up the good work Carmine your appreciated.

I wish to reinforce prior leaning to just take a few seconds how you determined that supply zone. I hope you do more as this is useful to me as I have missed a couple good trades even with a trade plan due to hesitation after getting off the the trade plan, which was perfect, useless if not followed. I go over my trades to see what worked or didn't work, unexpected things, holes in planning and my head space. Its useful to have the the external voice reinforcing getting one's head space in line with the trade work. Oh that volume price indicator is the bomb. It really adds insight to interpreting the price movement. Thanks!

Great video. Been using your strategy with success. Only question is do you enter your trades right the second it ticks in your zones or do you wait for the 5m candle to close? I sometimes enter a little later as you showed in the video which increases my risk/stop loss.

I wait for some type of confirmation on at least a 5m chart. It can be ANYTHING indicating buyers or sellers are present and active at my imbalance

Yes. Anything that you are comfortable using as extra confirmation with s/d zones
