This switch has caused me a great deal of confusion because mosaic is an already existing term and function which merges many existing rasters into a single raster. This has been helpful for me understanding teh difference between this mosaic dataset and the way I have been creating raster mosaics for years. It seems that this is really a raster database containing multiple rasters that are not actually mosaicked. This is incrediably helpful but I didn't realize it was exactly what I needed because this isn't actually a mosaic. Could you please re-name this tool to a unique and not already existing mosaic process that isn't actually the same thing?
