This is an excellent presentation ---- any chance you'd be willing to share the slides? I particularly like the way the tiers of capabilities are laid out, makes it really easy to visualize how your internal platform is a product; great compliment to the Netflix example

Currently adopting OpenNebula as our internal private cloud solution for on-prem, I would say we are about to pass to "alpha" and we are actually passing through all the steps you are mentioning in this presentation but withoug being 100% concious about it. This is being very helpful to put names to what we are doing and supporting the evolution of it as a product, convincing people about the need of collaboration until it can become an "as a service" thing. Thank you!
