Thank you Yes, you are right, everyone says that there is an offroad between Sarchu and Peng, but actually it is not an offroad, a new road is being constructed due to which the road is unpaved there.

Thanks to your video, I was able to get good idea about the road conditions. I traveled from Noida to Jispa and then to Baralacha pass. For this trip i went only upto Baralacha . Next time will go upto Leh. Noida to Jispa took me around 16 hours including breakfast and lunch break. Thank you very much for the information. One correction though. You mentioned that around 4 km of road near Baralacha is washed out. Actually road is washed out only in some places in those 4 km and that too a maximum of 100-200 meters at a time.I was worried about it, but it is manageable.

Baralacha La is 150 to 160 km from Manali Which can be easily covered within 4 to 5 hours But the important thing is that there should be no traffic jam from Manali to Atal Tunnel You see, we went in the morning, there was no traffic jam then
