As a resident... let me help you. Try... ( Cheap but good options ) Al Naim Grill in Manama. Tandoori Burger from Coco Tree at Umal Hassam. Visit City Center, Bahrain Bay, Dragon Rock. Best Indian Vegetarian Food - Zayka Restaurant at Umal Hassam. Beach - Zallaq Paid Beach - Hawar Island Everything else is expensive and not worth it.

That reason y I quit job bcoz I was work in military police its just contract base who 30 years but no passport...hope you understand my little bit English is not good 😄
