Things that help anxiety- 1. Long walks in fresh air 2. Play with pets 3. Face packs 4. If you like kids then spend time with them 5. Art and crafts 6. Scribbling 7. Mandala art Things not to do- 1. Staying alone 2. Impulse shopping 3. Sleeping all the time 4. Getting angry on small things Hope this may help 💜💜💜

I also have anxiety issue and recently, I have started doing yoga. Now, earlier I used to think that yoga is so boring and is so not for me, but once I have started doing it, I have started to feel so much better..it just calms the mind down. I would like to specifically mention MADY MORISSON's 15/30min stretches sessions which are specially for relieving stress, I just feel so much better.. I would highly recommend doing it. Yoga is just so damn underrated!

Yes I absolutely 100000%%%% agree with you , I also started having anxiety attacks 1 year ago and it were tooo severe , like I started thinking that I am mentally disturbed and people will start saying that she is Pagal and I use to get to scared by these attacks then slowly slowly after doing research on Internet I came to know abt it as a common problem and then I started doing yoga and it diddddd wonderssss like in 1 month itself it just got controlled and I started coming back to my normal self , now also I make sure that if nothing Else I must do Balasan !!! It helps a lor

Also Crying ur heart out is also relaxing😌.Whenever i feel like its heavy on me...its out of tolerance i switch the door..Cry a lot..a lot...my heart and soul out....Then i feel relaxed for no reason😌. You know what whenever i cry i remember all other shits which hurt me previously and i increase the level of crying 😂.And afterwards when i remember why i was crying i feel like itni dramebazi kaun karta he yar😂.koi problem nahi .Koi nahi dekh raha .khud ke pass sab chalta he 😉❤

The feeling of betrayal when your own parents abandon you due to their own issues...they treat you like shit & they do not take any response of you also they can't their own marriage. It's more toxic than it sounds. Going through it along with my brother. Staying in a closed room all day without speaking to anyone..sometimes I feel the walls are coming close to me & I'll suffocate then die eventually. Tell me about anxiety.. each day is a struggle. It's tough to even survive. Though this video may not be able to get me out of it completely but as soon as I see the caption it looks like I have hope. I want to hold onto that.

Hey sarmita ..I just wanted to say I totally understand what u go through...I have been behind closed walls all my life ... Certain situations in life in family .. and u have no one to talk too and your just their alone with your thoughts and this dumb anxiety makes it worse ... But eventually it will change .. God loves you .. we all are there for you .. just don't give up ..you will find light at the end of the tunnel soon... Lots of love 💕

You will get through this and things will get better! Just don't loose hope. I know it's a tough situation. You can share you're thoughts with your friends and you can make your parents understand. Trust me it will really help you and if you are having worst anxiety so you can concern to a doctor! Again I am telling just don't loose hope. Things will get way too much better! Much love and power girl. This too shall pass. ❤️ Honestly, I took a drop after by 12th last year...but my anxiety, OCD, Depressive episodes escalated so much. It was hard to even get up from bed and I had so much study pressure. Things that helped me : 1. Early morning/Evening walks...alone with good music. 2. Workout...any form but some form of exercise helps in release of happy harmones and makes u feel good. 3. Good music. 4. Journelling. 5. Spending time with kids/pets. 6.Books if u read. 7.Herbal teas. 8.Deep breathing and counting numbers slowly to calm down. Just sharing my thoughts.❤️

Yoga literally helps with everything i swear on god when i say this I myself have recovered from pcos and cervical with yoga only i know it takes time to see results with yoga but you will feel that the results are permanent ❤️✨💕💝🧿

Just missed you so so much And when you said as you close your eyes you get dark thoughts same here manasi di even I just keep thinking about everything negative idk but I get so so emotional I feel idk what to say how to describe it but i just cry I don't know why but there isn't a single day in 2021 when I didn't cry but watching you is so motivating idk if this is okay to say but when you weren't posting I've watched all your purane videos your reels and it just makes my day you are really strong and you give me the strength to get over things also I think these tips are not only for anxious people everyone should include these habits in their day as it's really calming and relaxing and perfect to like unwind the day love you so much manasi di and thank you so much for existing love you😭❤❤❤

And this video was so helpful, i am not suffering from anxiety but whenever i feel low i usually get annoyed of feeling like doing nothing but i think now i will not feel annoyed because of these recommodations.

I learnt things abt anxiety from ur anxiety vedio before that I used to face so many issues and felt lk this is just happening to me n all I remember dming uh on insta talking my heart out abt it This vedio jst touched my heart 💜 🥺 I fl so emotional watching this cz I knw how it feels lk at what space are u in I was thr a few mnths ago bt now I can see a change I'm healing I started journaling too 2mnths se it helped me a lot I can relate to every point u said rght frm cleaning to journal.. Thank u mau can't tell u how much I'm suffering frm anxiety I'm taking medicines n when the medicine wasn't available n 4-5 days i was without the medicine i was nt getting good sleep i was getting up tired getting angry at small things nd still I'm suffering I'll definitely try ur periods hack literally worked n I'm really looking forward to trying these stuff... Hey Manasi...if simple meditation doesn't work try doing chanting any mantra meditation...(if you want to) I was also in a very bad phase and I'm still struggling but I'm on the process ...what I felt is connecting yourself to spirituality really works (: And during bath visualise that all the negativity is fading away from your body & mind ...

Recently, I have started consulting a therapist. There have been three sessions and I feel I am much calmer these days.. if you want you can go to someone professional. So glad to see u mau & ha u r not alone I also have anxiety, insecurity. Don't know what should I do, with whom should I talk. I just battle with my self. I just do one thing. I cry & let the thing away from me then I think like no I have to stay happy & healthy physically & mentally. So I do mediation , my skincare & workout. Also work on my insecurities. This is so relatable and helpful Manasi di!! I have been on medication for anxiety like few months ago and I am just 13 and after that medication ended I started feeling same like I use to feel before anxiety medicine. Negative thoughts,overthinking this just sucks!! I have been in that period like for 10 months and now too. If I am having some bad thoughts I share it with my sister and trust me that really helps! I shared my thoughts to my sister like 1 month before and before that just like you said that we are not sharing our thoughts and our mind just gets I don't know I can't explain!! This is such a bad feeling infact the worst feeling!! If you guys are having a bad day or negative thought just share it with your family or friends trust me it will really help you! Manasi di your advise is really helpful. Thank you so much!!!!!!♥️ And manasi di and anyone who is reading this we'll get through this super soon!♥️

Do one thing take a small chit and write one good thing that happens during the day and keep it in a samll jar and when you r not well just take out one chit and read ,think about it and trust me you forgot that bad thoughts…and long bath is also helping me a looooot 💜💜

First of all, I think this video was much needed for me. I’m going through a very rough face in my life ( not in a mood to work or study) . Just want to sleep in my bed. But after some points all these things ( you mentioned) help me a lot to get rid of my anxiety. You know I do all ( I repeat all ) these to cheer me up. For me also meditation doesn’t work. Don't worry mam u will come out of it ofcouse u can't vanish up ur problem so to anxiety but life is a cycle sad ke bad happy v ayega...u know why I'm telling this I'm kind of reminding myself that don't worry ur family problems will sort and u will b free as bird I'm also going through a phase where I want to talk to someone but don't want to do the efforts because of being scared to b judged so I have also started writing it's been a week now ofcouse not so happy about what the situation I'm writing but surely gonna end them in positive notes as u said

Hi mau I was facing anxiety depression n migraine but yes god songs have helped me come out of it n fight against it n I received healing spiritually….. I might sound stupid n funny but yes it helps it helps a lot 🥰💝❤️❤️

I am also suffering from these negative things in my personal life right now even from past 4 months and it affected me soooooo much 🥺 After Reading all these comments and watching this video has made me feel a little better and it had so many helpful thing. I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks since 5 years now and after watching this video I must say yes all of these things do work on getting those feelings away also I do alot of self talk when ever I experience panic attack it helps

You are my ideal i want to become a person like u.. you are so so hard working .. i know u are suffer from so many problems but we all know our mau di is so so strong ... More power to you for making this video💜 But the first step that anyone going through anxiety or any mental health struggles should take is to see a therapist or a medical professional even your family doctor is ok and talk about what you are going through. The things mentioned in this video will not help in the long run if the triggers are not taken care of. Please take care of your mental health like your physical health and see a therapist. I hope people watching this video understand this.
