Manasota Key is a census-designated place consisting mainly of the community of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida, United States. The population of the CDP was 1,229 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan Statistical Area.

I used to live there, right above the park halfway down. Back in the day the road turned to sand just north of the park. Several bodies were found where the park is now. All drug related and dumped there because it was so isolated.
