Many others sing "Manavyaala kimcha", right? In this performance also, the singer later on says "Manavyaala". He started with "Manavinala".

Manavi (na) alakinchara makes the most sense because manavi(plea) - alakrinchara (hear) is what saint Thyagaraja would have said in telugu. Singers take freedom as long as swara and jyati are correct.
