That last hour was definitely something that could have been done in 20 minutes.... I kept thinking "hurry up and get back to the story!!". But Nooooo! Just more filler! This is the kind of thing they do in Anime! They get you right to the edge of your seat and then end the episode with an epic cliffhanger and then you spend all week waiting to see what happens next except they spend an entire episode talking about one of the side characters upbringing in a way that is just meant to kill time and waste an entire episode.
