I love love love the green freshness and the Vetiver is not too Earthy (though I love the earthy ones,too). The citrus top is very lemongrass like, perhaps because of the green undertone. I was so happy with this blind buy! BTW, I also love, love, love the new atomizer! It is so smooth and doesn't spit on you!

Just sprayed this one for the first time today and I love it. I told myself after swapping Guerlain Vetiver that I would never buy a fragrance with the word vetiver in the name. However I was convinced by this channel and having first bought Cedrat Boise to give other fragrances by this house a chance and I'm so glad I have. It smells wonderful!!

Vetiver Sensuel is very nice. This vetiver come from Asia which is very different from the more common Haitian type. This one smells greener, wetter, less smoky, and less earthy than the darker Haitian type. Different terrains and vetiver grasses consequently Concerning Terre d’Hermes, I have worn the EDP version for many years. I have never picked up vetiver in that perfume. Is it the EDT? Because otherwise I disagree when people describe TdH as a vetiver perfume.

I have just got instant crush and ceded noise as well as instant cafe. Is the montage the worst bottle of every brand out there. Cheap and flimsy. Even clones have better bottles

Mancera is EXTREMELY hit or miss for me. Their fragrances are just so loud and synthetic and I'm not at all a fan of oud, which most of their fragrances are built around. Black Gold and Gold Prestigium were instant loves to me, though; super complex and unique fragrances with, of course, great performance. I appreciate your review on this one, but I'm still gonna sample first. Blind buying from this house is a no-no.

Without even smelling it, I think I'd go with Vetiver Sensuel over Grey Vetiver. Can't beat that Mancera longevity. Not sure if you've tried Crazy For Oud. I've probably worn that the most out of my 15 Manceras... Ok, besides Cedrat Boisé.

Ashton, great video. I have smelled a bunch of Vetiver frags liking Roja the best. I like that it's very bright and settles in to a slightly darker but still clean smell. Are there other scents like this that may be very bright like Roja ? 👍👍 Thanks !

Including with this new release, I had to mention of Saharian Wind, amazing, clean, barbershop under hot citrus, tobacco in notes listing doesn't come up strong, I took a hint only. These new releases of Mancera are amazing and I suggest that you guys give them a chance. They're nothing like the previous!!!

@@peasantification I think it’s worth a blind buy. The longevity it fine imo, you can get an honest days wear out of it. It does have a resemblance to Adventus but I think it’s closer to Mont Blanc Explorer than Adventus.

I have TDH EDT which has vetiver. Have also tried TDH Eau intense vetiver. It's nice. I am looking to get one or two others. TF grey vetiver, Sultan vetiver, Guerlain vetiver and Mancera vetiver. Which two would you recommend that are different from each other and TDH?

I just dont see how they combine patchouli and vetiver in the same scent. Which direction is it sopposed to go? I feel like mancera is a mess when it comes to notes. At times it works, and at times it makes no sense atall. Mancera leans mostly to synthetic scents.

Both different. Sultan is spicy, this is herbal/green. This is a very uplifting day scent... Soleil d'italie type with added vetiver.
