i have a question , is the new north stand thats being built the same as the south stand third tier? like this one seems much steeper and less of a third tier and more of a dortmund yellow wall type.

That's right , the new stand will be one big tier , above the 1st tier creating a huge stand like Dortmund or Tottenham

They will fill it for all Premier League games. But did you know there are also plans to eventually extend both side stands so they join up to the bigger end stands and this will bring capacity to around 73K. This depends on the growth of the fanbase and may not be done for another decade though. This current expansion is 10 years after the southstand expansion in 2015 so the the owners are expanding slowly as the club is growing, if it does happen then 73K would mean City would have the second largest club stadium in England.
