According to Forbes magazine, Haaland's base salary + winnings is 46M $ (or 35.4M GBP) -this would translate into 680k per week, which totally makes sense since Bayern Munich offered almost 31M GBP, but Halaand rejected them to sign with Man City - so, his salary needs to be higher...

Football will eventually implode. I read somewhere that 75% of the money in football is players wages. I don't know if it's right or a wind-up but the players are all on the take with no regard for where their wages come from. I feel sorry for the lads in league 2 who earn around a grand to 2 grand a week if they are lucky. Still a good wage to an ordinary bloke but football is a short career. There is no way these ridiculous wages can be sustained for ever
