@@heuredux I m a City fan, but what I find frustrating is the negative play in their own penalty box , the routine , much dangerous of side ,and back passing , which will cost them dearly. Time and time again when in posession with lots of space in front of them they just stop, wait and then the negative play commence again, so boring ,and frustrating, The manager don't seem to be aware of the need for the team to score more goals as that could be the decider for the title. I have to be honest and say that Chelsea are the better team.

You criticized almost everything about the team, even the manager, called their playstyle boring, during one of their best seasons, said Chelsea the longtime champion is a better team, after saying you're also a city fan. I am a city fan, they have a good team, I watch every game shown on TV, but the lingering back passing even around their penalty box, when they have other options has cost them points, and will in the future. they faded in the second half and lucky not to concede more goals. Lets be honest here, Liverpool were as good as City, but they did not have Hemp, Parks, or Bunny Show. Lets hope that they will try to keep Hemp, as she will be out of contract this summer.

Her lack of concentration and casualness led to the Liverpool goal. If it were like you are saying, the same could be for Lauren hemp as from late last year. Taylor mentioned so as well

We were never going to beat a scary in-form City with an injury ravaged squad. Should have started Enderby tbh, frightening talent and no wonder she made the world next gen list. What a goal from Taylor Hinds at the end, a much better second half from us. Difference between us is City have heavily invested both in recruitment and infrastructure since 2016 while Liverpool stopped. We never replaced the world class players we lost like Bronze, Weir, Greenwood, Ramsey, Oshoula, Charles and Van De Sanden (who came back last year). We should have had Melwood in 2019 and a quality manager when Matt Beard left in 2015 after we won the WSL twice. From 2018 until January 2023 our recruitment was beyond disappointing, missed out on so many players. When Beard was re-signed last year, he said it would take a few transfer windows. Now the squad is starting to take shape and we have a state of the art facility at Melwood, It’s now or never. Liverpool must go for blockbuster names out of contract this summer to complete the squad like Misa, Karchaoui, Seiça, Terland, Abelleira, Grosso and Cascarino. Pay them whatever they ask for. Fahey’s most probably retiring. I’d let Mathews, Daniels and Laws go in the summer.
