It was my first time using this station when we went to blackpool and what a busy station. It was that busy I didn't see the lift so I ended upi carrying the suitcase down the stairs which was a struggle.

Platform 13 and 14 are some of the busiest platforms in man pic, I like the platforms but it’s a shame many travellers remember it as a crowded and cold place.
