Today, World of Lewis Dad took a drive over to Old Trafford to film the stadium tour in full, for you to get a glimpse of life behind the scenes at Old Trafford...
This is the first of a two part vlog, with the second one to follow over the coming days which will feature the museum tour.

Hello good tour you never asked any questions my first would of been the stretford end is the loudest in size yes but acoustic the away section is i used to go in the paddock end in the 70s next to the scoreboard end, and what about the sir bobby charlton stand when is that going to be updated cos in next 2 years there doing access for the wheelchairs so we will lose 2 to 3,000 seats but brilliant video thanks for the upload...p.s how much was it for the tour. oh as well the 2 men on the wall who saved united there was another louis edwards martin edwards father who pleaded to the united fan over the radio to come out in the thousands cos we was in the red... but for legal reasons he can not be put up on the wall alongside those great men.

when they say the SAF stand has 25,500 seats that actually doesnt do it justice if you include the quadrants and all the corners and everything its more like 36,000 fans, we know this because the Stretford End holds around 14,500, the East around 12,500 and the South around 11,500 that leaves around 36000 that the South Stand (Sir Bobby Charlton stand) stares at during a game, imagine that, looking at a wall of 36000 fans behind the players when you're in the SBC stand, its the biggest wall of football fans in the world, even the Nou Camp's largest side holds around 33,000 fans

Man Utd's Old Trafford stadium that a bit if TLC won't cure. All it needs is the Upgrade of the Sir Bobby Charlton's Stand with a 2nd tier to complete the original design & the removal of the 3rd tier of the Sir Alex Ferguson's Stand & replaced by TV Screens for all 4 corners. We also want a levelled new Roof + modern refurbishment of the rest of the stadium to warrant a 90K capacity in comfort. SBCS 25K + SAFS 25K + SES 20K + ES 20K = 90K. The expansion should not exceed the rail track. Old Trafford known as 'The Theatre of Dreams' unique in style is the Super Bowl of stadiums & is potentially The best Stadium in the country, possibly the world.

I went on the tour in 2010/2011 season. I’m pretty sure the stadium has changed quite a bit and when I went we weren’t allowed to sit on the managers seat.

Old Trafford is a messy, not tiered properly old stadium. Spurs stadium is much better, and Man City's too. They should knock it down and start again.

Jamie Stubbs well it was rebuilt in the 1990’s, so it’s not really a historical stadium... just a cheaply built one.

We want an Expansion to approx 90K capacity, Modern refurbishment & a Levelled new Roof! There's an completed stadium design on WHF!@UtdWesleyy with a comment stating: So apparently we are looking at an expansion of Old Trafford. It’s been talked about for years but put off because of the complications around the south section of the stadium but if we do manage to do it… 2 Tier SBC Capacity: 88,000+ We're sure that can be achieved with minimal fuss, going by our walk around the stadium experience by observation. Worth a view, please share!
