I just listened to "the cow" omw back from the city this morning.. He's on 890am WLS if you're looking.. I didn't know until last year.. I got everyone at work listening in the morning.. It sure beats the other bs morning shows they'd listen to on B96.. 92.3.. 107.5.. 101.1 etc..

I have never once listened to mancow but when I hear that intro music/jingle I automatically laugh out loud because it makes me think of the time Anthony Cumia called in to the show and messed up the bit he was trying to do. He was building up to the bit by first starting it off with a genuine opinion in response to a genuine question but before he had a chance to switch gears and call out mancow he got cut off so basically just phoned the show as a regular caller who had a regular/valid comment to make. My description does the bit no justice at all and you really have to hear it for yourself but it's hilarious and I love Anthony Cumia. 😂😂

I miss Mancow on the radio. Our rock station quit playing him because he had become "serious" and talked about God. Soon after that the radio station changed programming and became a country radio station.

We just lost him in Chicago. 97.9 became a Christian rock station...no more classic rock and Mancow in the mornings...

I wonder if Mancow will be back? He has said there were times he was let go, but he came back. The former 97.9 WLUP was in such a mess in court is the reason why Educational Media Foundation now owns it. If Chicago stations like WGN or WLS had some sense, they should have grabbed him, and have him on Fox and Friends on TV! Mancow said God should be put back in schools, and he is the voice of the people who suffer in this country!
