Where are your Shorts? You would get so many more subscribers if you had some Shorts. They are so popular, more than these long videos. Sign of the times as they say.

The reason for this is, the audience that will subscribe because of shorts is not the same as the ones that watch the full videos. What I do are full video tutorials for people to follow.
