Mandalay is a practical 51ft semi-trad boat, equipped with everything for long cruises or living on board, currently with two berths. She can be a couple’s boat or easily become a family boat
The bow is light and airy with a full glass front and cratch cover. It leads down to the saloon which is spacious and could easily provide two more berths by installing a bed settee or a comfortable lounge for two with easy chairs.
The pretty Stovax fire is a focal point and backs up Eberspacher diesel central heating.
A well-planned galley has a hatch on one side, cooker, fridge and lots of storage.
The bathroom has a shower over a small bath, wash basin and pump-out toilet. It is currently also home to a small twin-tub washing machine.
The fixed double bed has storage above and below as well as wardrobes so plenty of places to store your clothes. The bedroom leads out onto the semi-trad rear deck over the engine.
Mandalay has a Barrus Shire 40HP engine with twin alternators and a bow thruster. The engine room is insulated.
There is a tonneau cover for the semi-trad rear deck and a roof box for storage of essential items
She was built by Liverpool Boats in 2005. This is a boat that you could swiftly make your own and steer away on a new adventure.
There are no flying fishes at Norbury but you should take the Road to Mandalay. Do it soon, this boat won’t hang about.
