What do you use to connect the pieces securely on your forearm?

So they're tight enough that, outside of the magnets, i haven't done anything else. I could probably see adding some EVA foam pieces to the insides to prevent any movement, but they really stay in place pretty well.

@@ChamaelCorp Where did you put the magnets?

The 3D files have spots for them, and there’s documentation specifying exactly which magnets are needed.

What kind of filament did you print these out of? And how are you planning on smoothing them?
@ChamaelCorp2 жыл бұрын
Hey! It’s just your standard PLA (Hatchbox, if you’re curious on the brand). I’ll be sanding and using some sort of filler to smooth them. Thanks for checking out the video!

What is your game plan for a holster and soft leather parts? I have seen people weather and age the $100 options from Skycosumes , It turns out pretty ok for a budget option. but their is no middle ground that i can find. Etsey kits are like $500 and are backed up for 6 months.

So… I haven’t thought that far ahead yet. But I have done EVA foam… you can cut out from a template, and then paint and weather it to look like leather.

What's your height and weight? I like the scale of the parts but I'm 6'1", 225lbs. Most parts I find I need to print at 108%. Great video. Thank you!

Thanks! I appreciate that. I’m 6ft, around 190lbs. So yeah… 108-110% might be spot-on!
