[Mandarin] How to use the new retractable clothes drying rack

You can now sun your clothes without lifting heavy bamboo poles! Under the extended Home Improvement Programme (HIP), HDB will install new retractable laundry racks to replace the old pipe sockets. Drying your laundry is now safer, easier and more convenient.
