Nagpur orange is one of the best Mandarins in the world. But, it is not successful in other areas in terms of taste. Twig die back is a common problem in all citrus. It often happens due to lack of nutrition.

It might be a sign of fungal growth in some part of your plant. Spray fungicide regularly.
