The producer of Kick It, is Dwayne Allen Abernathy Jr. AKA Dem Jointz. His producer tag is the "Incoming" you hear at the beginning of the song. SM Entertainment (NCT's label) is the R&B label. Most of their male groups have a R&B vibe to a lot of their songs. SM is the label for vocalist and dancers. NCT is one big group with 23 members and 4 subunits that make up the group! NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV and NCT U. Each unit has a distinct sound with something new to offer, but it's all NCT at the end of the day, the quality is always high! Their signature experimental sound, insane choreo and vocals never miss. R&B is something NCT are especially good at, particularly on their album bsides. To get a good look at what all the units have to offer I recommend: NCT 127 - Sticker, NCT Dream - Glitch Mode, WayV - Turn Back Time, and NCT U - 90's Love. Thank you for peeping the R&B. All or most of NCT 127 bridges are straight R&B. It doesn't matter how hard the beat is, they always slow it down on that bridge and bring that groove in with the R&B. Oh gentlemen, I'm glad u brought up the producer...cause u are gonna love this. U see when k pop started back in the 90's...yep I said 90's one of the company's that started it was a company called SM. The same company that this group is with. Now something else u have to understand is that k pop in general is actual based and started off of 90's hip hop. And the CEO of SM actually brought American producers over to Korea to help them develop a sound. This where u guys love it...one of those producers is the co founder of New Jack Swing as well of a member of Blackstreet with the song "No Diggity." His name is Teddy Riley. Now Teddy was a producer for several of the acts and more recently I believe was either an influence or actually helped with NCT U most recent album due to the fact that one of the song sounds awfully familiar...a song called "90's Love". U should check it out. And yes NCT is the largest group in Korea so far, with the possibility of it getting larger. Right now it has a current count of 23 members. 4 sub units, members from different parts of the world including Japan, China, Thailand, America, Canada and of course Korea. Each unit represents it own style... 1. NCT127-has 9 members and it's fixed (meaning no one rotates in or out) 127 mean the longitude of Seoul South Korea. 2. NCT U- this is a bit tricky. Now this group can be any number of members, from 2, to all of them, which they have done both. And the U means United. 3. NCT DREAM- this one is also fixed with I believe 6 members. They are the youngest of NCT and they their was a graduation system until there was only 2 two left and the decided to bring all of them back. And I'm sure you understand what Dream means, since they are the youngest. 4. WAYV- I know this one doesn't use NCT, that is because this their Chinese Unit and I think it has something to do with copyright issues and such between Korea and China. But that's ok, we still know they are part of NCT. There are 7 members in this group. All from different parts of China, Thailand, and I believe one even grew up in Germany. Now they started debuting in 2016, and every group have great songs...not gonna list em here only cause this will just keep going...what I will say is that it may be a good idea for u to check out some of their music and guides....it will help u guys out...but please do yourselves a favor and check out 90's Love. This one will make u nostalgic. This I promise...and name the songs they sample for 90's love....

OMGGGG y'all are gonna love NCT. Basically, NCT is a whole band/brand. Within it they're split up into smaller groups. NCT 127 are the older guys that represent South Korea going to the world. NCT Dream are the younger members (they debuted when they were kids) and have a more youthful sound, but it's grown up as they have. WayV are the Chinese unit that promote in China and sing in Mandarin. And NCT U is basically the name for projects that combine different members outside of their normal units. Sometimes those songs have two members, sometimes seven. It offers a lot of musical diversity and opportunity. I'll give y'all some recs for all! And their company SM is really renowned for their vocals so all their groups have super R&B influences.
