Judge Marbella needs to look at the fact that not everyone starts drugs young. My doctor that delivered 2vof my kids and 3 grandkids including 4 years ago helped my than 5yo granddaughter cut her baby brothers cord. A year ago he was arrested for doing drugs. He is in his 80s. Looking at his picture you would never know it was him. Age doesn't matter.

A boy i grew up w was in a relationship with a girl who was 13, he was 18 (yes, it was wrong). He said she lied about her age. Anywho, her parents took charges out on him. Judge gave him 25 years in prison. He is still in there now. This happened in high school. Im 44 now. How are the punishments so different??

How are the victims loved ones, children, parents, siblings benefited, how are they provided towards going forward, what good things do they look forward to. The victim will never have a second chance at restarting their life over or their children. Help to understand all the prospects they receive now or opportunities they get. It seems all i hear is he's changed until the next arrest, hopefully not but the recidivism rate is mostly what we all know, and usually another family. Sentencing should be what it is for the victims recognition. Rehab should follow during and after. Lifelong. Some justice for victims.

I wholeheartedly feel for the family BUT remember ppl are sent to prison for rehabilitation as punishment. If they go through the steps and keep a clean record why not let them out or on home confinement? These hearings says to me that rehabilitation is a waste of time.
