Belated and heartfelt congratulations to Mandy Barnett! When Connie's voice cracked, I got choked up. But when Mandy cried, I bawled right along with her! It was a beautiful moment for a wonderful singer -- Mandy Barnett (who, in my book, should be a household name by now).

On one of my many trips to the US I always used to go to Nashville and on one trip we went to the Grand Ole Opry and this was the first time i had ever seen this young lady. Superb vocalist who can sing a song just as good as any of them. I later saw her play Patsy Cline my all time favourite vocalist of any genre. Thus, that day she became part of my life.

First time I seen Mandy was on Larry's country dinner and I was hooked on her voice . She has the most beautiful personality and humility flows from her . She is the prettiest lady that ever stood on the Opry stage . Congratulations Miandy no one deserves it more .

Congratulations Mandy! We had the privilege of listening to you at the Bluebird Cafe in the round when we visited Nashville from Australia back in April of 2011. Recall a wonderful talent and personality. Listen to the CD we purchased often. Congratulations again!
