My deaf wife is a pastry chef in Las Vegas. And she was crying through almost every video she's watched of this wonderful woman. Both had to fight SO hard to keep going and chasing their dreams. There is so much adversity facing people with any disability just from people that will say, "You can't do that." Glad to see them come to fruition for Mandy as well as my wife!

This motivational speaker is above the stars. I'm an alcoholic and drug addict. Every day is a struggle to wake up with a desire to move forward. It's difficult to look in the mirror and see someone that can contribute to society. Every day is difficult and a struggle to say no to the one thing I've relied on for 30 plus years to function. Every day is difficult to find any positivity. But to give up because it's hard? It was hard to find the means to get the drugs, but I did it. It was hard to maintain lies when there is no maintenance in telling the truth. It's "difficult" to shave in the shower to avoid looking in the mirror. It's "difficult" to look others I have wronged in the eye and say I'm sorry. But I can see good that follow, and Mandy Harvey has shown me that. This speech alone has saved my life. Thank God you exist Mandy. And in a "difficult" time
