The egg scramble recipe is the same basic recipe we use for Christmas morning every year. We put it in tortillas with salsa and shredded cheese. So good! And it can be made ahead of time so you can relax on Christmas morning.

All the meals looked great.i just wanted to say I love mashed potatoes and I always add sour cream or cream cheese but one time I had neither so I add some butter milk and it tastes like I added sour cream.

I made this a few times now and my family loves them we wanted a bit more spice so I added Frank's hot sauce to the buttermilk it held really well and I also used panko instead of crackers again worked well 😀

I've been cooking pork chops like this for 50 years. They're so good. For years, my daughter didn't even know that pork chops have bones until she spent the night at a friend's house and they had boned pork chops for dinner. What a surprise... Lol.

I enjoy seeing your meals. I really like that you always manage to come up with some nice sides to go with each dinner. I think picking sides is one of the most challenging things - getting the timing right so everything is ready and warm when the main dish is ready. I love Nature's Seasoning(which I had never even noticed before you mentioned it) It is my new favorite all purpose seasoning blend. I hope you'll still do some grocery hauls sometimes - I really did enjoy seeing some of the new-to-me products you introduced me to.
