Hello sir, I watched all the 3 parts thanks for helping. Could you let me know if: 1) The latest available sliding windows along with mosquito mesh is better or the wooden windows. 2) Is there any way where we can avoid chimney in the kitchen, I feel using chimney is not so worthy as it makes a lot of noise any brand and maintain is required every 15 to 20 days also, more power consumption. We need to know some great design to avoid this in construction on a 30x40 site. 3) Is there any latest alternatives to avoid the wardrobe shutter (both sliding/opening) these new wardrobes are not dustproof nor safety. And any top brand hinges will not be lost longer, unlike old full hinges.

1.Sliding window with mess is best and less cost. 2.Yes maintenance is regularly or we can use high RPM window exhaust fan (sirraco exhaust) which is less cost and efficient. 3.Use haffle fitting (hinges) which is very good but bit costly.
