Superb. I felt that there should not be too much hot water in a coffee filter, at a time. So i keep adding a little hot water at a time dho that the coffee soaks in the water slowly and releases more flavour. If u put too much water in the filter, then the force of the weight of water pushes the decoction fast, thereby, diluting the thickness. So this is how i make coffee decoction. Adding salt to coffee is good idea. Since i drink sugarless tea, i add a pinch if salt and don't find the tea very bland. It give some taste to the tea. I will surely try out salt in the coffee. Thank u.

Thank you very much from a hard core coffee lover..for showing us correct way of making a pure filter coffee... This also is a relaxed way of making coffee.. What do you suggest quick way of making filter coffee sir.. What i do is boil milk when milk comes to boiling point then add filter coffee power and mix it and off the gas ... ( i use continental coffee powder)
